MK Widget Card is designed to be privacy-first and local-first. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users.

The app operates primarily by storing data directly on your device. We do not collect sensitive data on our servers unless you use account sync features.

eCard Information: Full name, title, company, email, phone number, website, address, avatar, short bio, and social links.

QR Bank Data: Bank code, account number, and account holder name to generate VietQR codes.

Account Data: If you sign in, eCards, QR Banks, avatars, or eCard images may be stored for synchronization across devices.

Camera: Used when you scan QR codes. We do not store images from the camera other than the decoded QR code content.

Photo Library: Used when you choose an avatar or upload an eCard image from your device.

Contacts: Allows you to save information from scanned eCards directly to your phone's contacts. The app only writes new info when you choose to save and does not read your existing contacts.

Notifications: Used to receive important updates or public system announcements within the app.

Local Storage: All information is stored securely on your device's memory. On iOS, App Groups are used to share data between the main app and widgets.

Account Sync: Uses Supabase to store profiles, presets, and images when you are signed in. Data is transmitted via secure HTTPS connections.

Supabase: Provides infrastructure for sign-in, profile storage, and images.

VietQR: Used to load bank QR images when using the QR Bank feature.

Google Auth: Handles sign-in via Google and Supabase.

mktechvn.com: When sharing an eCard, the app creates a link containing the details you chose to make public.

Google Analytics: Used on the website for aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage measurement.

QR codes and widgets display the data you entered. Others may see your information if they scan your code or receive a link you shared.

Only enter and share information that you are comfortable making public. You always have control to edit or delete your data.

We do not sell personal data, do not show ads, and do not use cross-app tracking.

Data is protected by HTTPS standards and OS security measures. You should protect your own device and personal account.

This policy may be updated as the app gains new features. Changes will be updated on this page.
